Cutting Edge Land Management & Forestry

About Cutting Edge Land Management & Forestry

In July the light out past Martin goes heavy and gold around six o'clock, and the tree lines along the Obion bottoms stand up as one solid green wall. Cutting Edge Land Management & Forestry mows into that hour — grass held at an even height, string trimmer around posts and hydrants, edges cut where turf meets drive. Yards on the west side of town run right out to the field's edge, and the seam between mown and wild is a line worth making sharp. Cleanups follow the calendar: clippings gathered, beds squared, leaves moved before they mat down. This is farm country, and a lawn here gets judged the way a field does — by how straight it reads from the road.
