About Lookout Tree Service

Up on the brow the weather arrives from underneath — cloud filling the river bend below Point Park while the mountain sits in sunlight, then climbing the slope by afternoon. Lookout Tree Service works those steep, rocky yards where oak and hickory grip the ledges and a hemlock leans out over the drop. The jobs ask for patience: a removal rigged down in sections because there is nowhere on earth to drop it, trimming that opens a view without opening the whole hillside to wind, pruning that lets a tree keep its footing in thin mountain soil. When a storm lays limbs across the narrow roads, the crew clears them and hauls the wreck off the mountain. A yard on the brow should feel like a garden with a cliff at the end of it — kept, open, and safe to walk.
