About Better Lawns

July in Livingston is long and bright. The heat sits in the hollows south toward Rickman until evening finally loosens it, and grass grows fast in weather like that. Better Lawns keeps a schedule against it — cutting on time, the string trimmer taken around every post and mailbox, the edge along the driveway opened back to a line. Fertilizer and weed control go down when the season calls for them, and the clippings get blown off the concrete before anyone comes home. It is plain work, and a yard says so at a glance.
