West Tree Service

About West Tree Service

There is a January afternoon in Wilson County when everything deciduous stands bare and the red cedars out toward Cedars of Lebanon are the only green left in the landscape. West Tree Service is glad of that stretch — pruning while the sap is down, structural cuts made where a tree can seal them by spring, removals dropped onto frozen ground that barely takes a mark. In the warmer half of the year it turns to trimming: clearance over the driveway, weight off a limb aimed at the roof, deadwood out of the big oaks on the older streets near the square. When wind or ice makes its own edits, the crew cuts the damage apart and hauls every stick of it out. A yard put back together is worth doing well the first time.
