About Lankford Landscape Services

Ground near Long Creek does not stay level for long; it rolls, then drops, then leans toward the water, and mowing it well takes a feel for the slope. Lankford Landscape Services works those Lafayette yards the way the land asks, cutting the flats clean and taking the banks careful, trimming what the deck cannot safely reach. Macon County can hand over a wet spring that keeps the bottoms soft and a hard, bright summer that bakes the ridge, and the route is planned around both. Cleanups come at either end of the season, when the yard needs clearing more than cutting. Standing at the top of a finished slope and looking down at an even green face is its own reward.
