About Terranova LLC

October in Fountain City turns slow and generous — the duck pond going silver at the edges, fescue waking back up after a hard August, the hardwoods letting go a little at a time. Terranova LLC follows that turn, mowing and edging while the growing season stretches deep into fall, then hauling leaves off the yards in the old neighborhoods before trading the deck for a plow when a cold front slides down off the Cumberland Plateau. A lawn kept tight into November holds its line all winter, and a drive salted before the freeze sets is a small mercy at six in the morning. Between the two seasons it is the same streets, the same yards, the same attention to where grass ends and pavement begins. A full year of tending one corner of Knox County, out where people can see it.
