NuVu Lawn

About NuVu Lawn

South Knoxville in July smells like cut grass and hot limestone, the ridge above Ijams holding its shade until late in the day. NuVu Lawn works the lawns down there in Island Home, Colonial Hills and the streets that climb toward Mead's Quarry, laying stripes that follow the fall of the land instead of fighting it. Mowing, trimming and edging land on a set week; beds are tidied and mulched; walks and drives get cleared before the crew loads up. Grass on those slopes wants to scalp on the high side, so deck height is set for the ground it is actually crossing. What comes back to you is a lawn that looks even from the porch and from the street both.
