About Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville

West Knoxville can run a whole winter mild and then wake up one Tuesday under a half inch of snow with ice beneath it, and Kingston Pike turns into a slow river of brake lights. Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville answers those mornings with the plow and the shovel: driveways opened end to end, walkways cut down to pavement, steps and landings treated before anyone tries them in dress shoes. The subdivisions off Cedar Bluff and Hardin Valley hold the kind of pitched drives that will not forgive a skipped ice treatment, so that part matters as much as the pushing. Snow here rarely lasts the week; the point is that the day it falls does not have to be lost. A cleared drive at daybreak changes the whole shape of a morning.
