Mencer's Tree Service

About Mencer's Tree Service

Real snow in Knoxville is an event, the kind that muffles the valley overnight, frosts the long ridge of House Mountain and leaves the Smokies gleaming on the far horizon. Mencer's Tree Service, a tree company, meets those mornings with snow removal, clearing drives and walks so people on steep hillside lots can make it down to the street. The work starts early, in the blue half-light before the plows have reached the side roads. A bare driveway against a snowy yard is a small victory, and it feels like one. When the city wakes up wondering how it will get out, the answer is already waiting at the curb.
