About Jones Property Management

Four in the morning at a Cedar Bluff office lot, the sodium lights on and the snow blowing sideways past them. Jones Property Management runs plow, shovel and salt through those hours so the first shift finds a lot they can park in and a walk they can cross without thinking about it. Knoxville ice tends to arrive quietly, a wet night that goes hard around three, and staying ahead of it means being out before there is anything to see. Curb lines, entrances, accessible spaces and the shaded stretch along the north wall get the attention, because that is where the trouble collects. By sunrise over the ridge the pavement is dark and wet and going about its day.
