About Earthworks lawn Care

Dig anywhere along Chapman Highway and you find what Knoxville is made of — red clay, a limestone shelf, and the pink marble that gave this city its old nickname. Grass has to be coaxed out of ground like that, which is why fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding matter here every bit as much as the cutting does. The weekly work stays straightforward: mowing on a set week, edging drives and sidewalks, trimming tight along foundations and fence lines. Autumn brings leaf cleanup and spring brings beds cut back before the first flush of growth gets ahead of anyone. Turf that comes in thick over hard ground is its own reward, and it shows from the road.
