About City Wide Facility Solutions - Knoxville

Downtown wakes early — deliveries on Gay Street, the first cars circling Market Square, doors unlocked well before eight. When a storm crosses the valley overnight, all of that depends on lots and sidewalks cleared hours before anyone arrives. That is what commercial snow work is: plowing parking areas, opening entrances and walkways by hand where a blade cannot go, then laying salt and de-icer so refreeze never gets a foothold in the shade between buildings. Seasonal coverage means the plan is already written when the forecast finally commits to something. The measure of a good night is that nobody downtown notices there was one.
