About Sunbear Outdoors, LLC

There are winter afternoons in Kingsport when the sun drops behind the ridge by four and the Holston turns the color of pewter. Sunbear Outdoors, LLC is usually still working then, finishing snow along the river-side neighborhoods and the roads that follow the water toward the dam. Drives cleared their full width, walks scraped down to concrete, treated surfaces where a shaded stretch would otherwise glaze over after dark. Cold shortens the day but it never shortens the list. Every property gets left the way you would want your own left — open, safe, ready for whatever the night decides to add.
