About Kat's Enterprises

Spring comes to Jonesborough as redbud first, then dogwood, and then everything at once. Kat's Enterprises meets it with the mowers already running — cutting, trimming, edging, and clearing winter's leftovers out of the beds and off the walks. There is one good week in April when the grass is thick and dark and cuts like carpet, and that week sets the tone for the rest of the summer. Around Mill Spring Park the old shade trees make for patchy turf that wants a lighter hand and a higher blade. Yards in town and out toward the county line, kept the same way clear to frost.
