About Elkins Brothers Land Management, LLC

Joelton rides the ridge on the Highland Rim above Nashville, high enough that ice takes hold along Paradise Ridge and the Beaman Park hollows while the city below is only wet. Elkins Brothers Land Management, LLC works those winter mornings — plowing drives and lots, shoveling steps and walkways, and salting the long ridge driveways that glaze first and clear last. A Middle Tennessee ice storm is a different animal than snow: it arrives silent, loads the trees, and shuts a road without much warning. Clearing here means reaching the high-ground properties early and coming back through while the storm keeps working. The measure is a drive you can get down and a walk you can cross.
