About JPenn's Lawn Care, LLC

Down toward Dandridge the lawns run right to the water, and Douglas Lake throws light back up onto them all summer long. JPenn's Lawn Care, LLC works those yards and the ones in town — mowing, edging, trimming and seasonal cleanups timed to how grass actually behaves here, fast in June and stubborn through the dog days. Slopes near the shoreline are cut across rather than down, corners finished by hand, clippings kept out of the water where they don't belong. In January, when a system slides down out of the mountains, the work becomes plowing driveways, shoveling steps and treating the ice that lingers in the shade long after the sun is up. Same yards, same care, a different tool in hand.
