About JC Construction and Landscaping LLC

Under Jamestown's topsoil there is sandstone, and anybody who has tried to grow a lawn up here already knows it. JC Construction and Landscaping LLC works with that ground instead of against it — grading and soil prep, seeding and overseeding, mowing, edging, trimming, mulch and bed installation, and seasonal yard cleanup. New ground on the plateau takes patience: the first season is establishment, and the second is when it starts to look like a lawn. Rhododendron and hardwood edge most properties around here, and a yard reads best when it meets that treeline cleanly. Standing back from a raw lot turned green is the reason for the whole trade.
