About 4-Evergreen, LLC.

Walk the boardwalk at Cypress Grove in late October and the bald cypress go rust over black water — proof that West Tennessee holds its green longer than most places, then gives it up all at once. 4-Evergreen, LLC. works both halves of that bargain in Jackson: mowing, trimming and edging through the long humid stretch of the year, then plowing and salting on the hard mornings when sleet glazes a driveway shut. Winter here never announces itself; it shows up overnight along the Forked Deer bottoms and is gone by Thursday, which is exactly why somebody has to be moving while it lasts. The pleasure is in what's left behind — a lawn with a line you could measure against, and a drive scraped down to bare concrete while the sky is still deciding.
