About Rocky Top Outdoor Solutions

The first hard freeze in Campbell County usually arrives without a sound, sometime between midnight and four, and the world is stiff and glittering before anyone is awake to see it. Rocky Top Outdoor Solutions is out in that hour — plowing drives, breaking ice at the walk, laying salt where shade will hold the freeze past noon — so the day can start as though nothing happened. Along the Elk Valley grade and through the streets of Jacksboro, snow is an occasional thing and an ice storm is not. When the season flips, it is mowing, trimming and edging on a weekly turn through the long green stretch of summer. A drive cleared before dawn is the plainest kind of good news.
