HORTON LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING

About HORTON LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING

Huntsville sits up on the Cumberland Plateau, where morning fog pools in the gorges of the Big South Fork and burns off the sandstone rim by mid-morning. HORTON LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING keeps lawns on that high tableland, where the soil runs thin over rock and every inch of green is earned. The work is mowing, trimming and edging done at the pace the country asks — patient passes, a held line along gravel drives and stone. When the hardwoods let go in the fall, leaf and brush cleanups open the yard back up to the light. What is left behind is plain and satisfying: a yard that reads as cared for from the road, in a town where people look.
