About Guardian Property Services

October turns the oaks and pecans along Humboldt's older streets, and for a few weeks the leaves come down faster than anyone can rake. Guardian Property Services handles that season and the ones on either side of it — mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, shrub work and general grounds upkeep for homes and commercial properties. Keeping a place looks after the people who use it: a clear walk, a lawn that doesn't creep over the curb, beds that hold their outline. West Tennessee hands out a long growing season and a short, sharp autumn, and both get a plan instead of a scramble. When the last load of leaves goes out, the ground underneath looks ready for whatever winter brings.
