About Privett Builders, LLC

Walden Ridge takes the weather first. When a cold front spills off the plateau, the ridge roads glaze over while the valley below is still only wet, and Soddy-Daisy wakes to a thin hard white that nobody planned around. Privett Builders, LLC turns to snow work on those mornings — plowing driveways and lots, cutting an access lane back to a gate or a job site, shoveling steps and entries down to bare surface, and putting down treatment where the shade keeps ice honest all day. A builder's eye helps here: knowing where the grade wants to send meltwater, where a pile will refreeze into a problem by Thursday, where the plow can turn without tearing up a lawn. The reward is small and complete — a road opened, a truck out, a day that goes ahead as planned.
