Ladd-Scapes

About Ladd-Scapes

Down where the water widens toward Watts Bar, afternoon light comes up off the lake and lays flat across the yards along the shore. Ladd-Scapes mows and maintains those lots and the ones back up in Harriman, holding grass at a height that can take the heat and keeping edges tight where turf meets gravel and stone. Spring means cleanups, mulch and shaping; midsummer means a steady cut and a trimmer run along every post. Fall means leaves gone before they mat down over the crown. The promise is a simple one — pull into the drive and the place looks cared for.
