Blank's Tree Work

About Blank's Tree Work

Winter in Roane County usually shows up as glaze rather than drifts — a night of freezing rain out of the northwest, then a morning when the driveway shines like glass all the way to the road. Blank's Tree Work meets that head-on around Harriman and out through Emory Gap, pushing what accumulates and treating the ice that won't move on its own. Steps, walkways and turnarounds get worked by hand where a blade can't reach, and material goes down where the slope makes it matter. There is real satisfaction in pulling out of a lot at first light knowing the people arriving behind you will never know how bad it was. The season is short here, which is exactly why the days that count really count.
