Coker's Lawncare&Landsape

About Coker's Lawncare&Landsape

October pulls the color out of the oaks and hackberries above Green Hill, and then the first north wind puts most of it on the ground overnight. Coker's Lawncare & Landsape meets that with the mower still running and the blower going — leaves cleared off the turf before they mat down and smother it, yards cut short and clean heading into the cold months. There is a particular pleasure in a fall cleanup finished at dusk: bare green lawn, swept walk, the smell of cut grass and leaf dust hanging in cool air. Cleanups run right through the season, one pass and then another as the trees let go. Green Hill, Hermitage and Old Hickory keep their yards this way all autumn.
