About Coy's

Goodlettsville grew up along the railroad, and the freight still rolls through behind Main Street while the antique shops are opening for the day. Coy's works the town on both sides of that line — mowing and trimming through the long green season, edges cut tight to the walk, leaves gathered and hauled when the sugar maples give up in November. Winter is short here but it isn't nothing, and when ice or snow does come, the trucks head out with plow and salt to clear driveways and lots before the first cars move. It's ordinary work done properly, which is its own kind of pride. Yard by yard, that's how a town keeps its shine.
