About Mountain Thicket Landscaping & Tree Services

Some mornings the fog sits deep in the coves below the Foothills Parkway and burns off in a single hour, and the whole Blount County valley goes green all at once. Mountain Thicket Landscaping & Tree Services works in that country, mowing and trimming the yards that back up to the treeline and keeping the edges honest where a lawn meets the woods. Come winter, when the ridges toward Look Rock hold ice long after town has thawed, the same trucks turn to plowing drives and opening walks. A lawn that borders forest asks more of a person than a flat suburban rectangle, and that is the part worth getting right. What is left is a place that looks tended without looking fought over.
