About Ground Up Property Services

Gates is a small Lauderdale County town set among broad, level fields, where you can watch an afternoon thunderhead tower up for miles before it ever reaches you. Ground Up Property Services handles lawn care in Gates, getting the grass cut between those summer storms so a yard never runs ahead of itself. The deep West Tennessee soil that feeds the crops around town feeds the lawns just as generously, and keeping them in check is steady, week-to-week work. The name says it — from the ground up — and the finished lawn shows it: even turf, clean borders, a yard that sits easy under that enormous sky.
