Stouts Tree Care and Bucket

About Stouts Tree Care and Bucket

In January the silver maples over Gallatin's older streets stand bare, and every crossing limb and dead spur is finally easy to see. That is the season Stouts Tree Care and Bucket does much of its pruning — reaching a high crown from the lift, taking out what is rubbing or dead, shaping the rest to carry summer weight. Tree removal belongs to the cold months too: the tall ones between a garage and a property line that have to come down in pieces rather than all at once. After an ice load or a hard blow, storm damage cleanup clears the broken pieces still lodged up top before they find their own way down. Come July, when the shade over the porch is deep and even, it is the winter's work that did it.
