Jt’s Land Service

About Jt’s Land Service

On a clear day the Great Smoky Mountains stand blue along Friendsville's southeastern skyline, and when those peaks turn white the cold is rarely far behind. Jt’s Land Service brings snow removal to Friendsville, digging out drives and footpaths after East Tennessee's sudden winter storms. Snow here tends to come down wet and heavy, sometimes over a glaze of ice on the red-clay slopes, and an open path decides whether the day goes forward or stays stuck at home. Jt’s judges the job by what it leaves behind: a drive you can back down without a second thought, steps that feel solid underfoot. Among the pastures and winding county roads, that cleared ground is a small gift on a frozen afternoon.
