About LawnWise, Inc.

Everything about growing grass in Franklin comes back to what's underneath it: a few inches of soil laid over limestone, generous in April and unforgiving by August. LawnWise, Inc. plans around that reality with fertilization on a seasonal program, weed control, aeration and overseeding, and mowing at heights that let the turf shade its own roots through the heat. Watching a lawn hold color into a dry August, then thicken again when the September rains return, is the payoff for getting the timing right. It's less about any one visit than about a year that adds up. Their lawns run through Franklin and out across the Grassland and Brentwood side of the county.
