About Spencer's Land Management, LLC

When an ice storm slides down over Williamson County it almost always arrives in the dark, and the ridges above Hillsboro Road go glassy before the first alarm clock rings. Spencer's Land Management runs plowing, shoveling and salt for drives, lots and walkways, so people wake to an open path instead of a decision about whether to risk it. The rest of the year the same trucks turn to grass — mowing, edging, trimming and seasonal cleanups on properties from town out toward Leiper's Fork. Snow here is rare and never routine, which is exactly why it takes watching: tracking the line where rain turns to sleet somewhere west of the Harpeth. January or July, the measure holds steady — the drive cleared before daylight, the lawn squared away before supper.
