About Rizo's Landscaping

The first real frost usually finds the low fields out toward Peytonsville, silvering the stubble while the ridges above stay green another week. Rizo's Landscaping runs Franklin's late season into that cold — final mows, leaves cleared and hauled, beds cut back and remulched, shrubs pruned, the whole property set down for winter. Fall cleanup is the tidiest job in the trade: you can stand at the curb afterward and see exactly what four hours bought. Come March the same yards get opened back up, and the year starts over. They cover Franklin, Peytonsville and south toward Spring Hill.
