About Farris Lawn Care & Tree Works, LLC

The Elk River curls past Estill Springs on its way down from the dam, and the bottomland beside it grows grass faster than anyone plans for. Farris Lawn Care & Tree Works keeps it in hand — weekly mowing, string trimming, edging walks and drives, clearing clippings so a yard looks finished. When cold weather arrives the same properties need a different tool, and the work turns to plowing drives and lots and salting the walks. There is a good kind of pride in both halves: the crisp summer edge, and the cleared drive before dawn in February. Between the two, a place stays usable all year.
