About King Property Services LLC

At the north edge of Dunlap the old coke ovens stand in their long brick row, mouths dark, grass grown right up to the stone — a reminder that this valley has always been worked. King Property Services LLC works it still, keeping lawns mowed, trimmed and edged through the growing months and hauling off what the season drops. When the weather hardens, the same crew plows drives and lots, opens walkways and spreads salt at the entrances. Property care is a promise kept in small repeated acts, and the result shows plainly from the street. Serving Dunlap and up the valley to Pikeville.
