Cody's Lawn Care

About Cody's Lawn Care

On a July evening in Dunlap the heat finally lets go around seven, cicadas wind up in the treelines, and the valley's shadow climbs the far slope while there is still cutting light left. Cody's Lawn Care works that last hour gladly — mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives, blowing the clippings back where they belong. Winter flips the schedule to the other end of the clock: plowing, shoveling and salting so a driveway is open before the coffee is done. Both jobs come down to the same thing, a place handed back better than it was found. Around Dunlap and over toward Whitwell.
