About Red's Excavating&Landscaping LLC

Start with the ground itself: Dickson County red clay packed tight over limestone, generous once it has been worked and stubborn until it is. Red's Excavating&Landscaping LLC reads a yard the way you would read a slope — where water wants to run in a spring downpour, where a mower is going to scalp, where fescue will actually hold. Mowing, trimming, edging, mulch and seasonal cleanups follow from that, week after week, until the grass on a Dickson lot stands even from the road to the fence line. The reward shows up in June, when a yard that used to puddle is green and level and easy underfoot. Nothing dramatic in it — just a piece of ground that finally behaves.
