About Rakescapes LLC

Four in the morning on the Western Highland Rim, and the hills west of Dickson hold their cold a good while longer than the rest of Middle Tennessee. Snow arrives here quietly and turns the grades above Jones Creek into something a car simply cannot climb. Rakescapes LLC works those hours — plowing driveways, salting the slick spots, opening a path to the door before anyone has to think about it. There is a real satisfaction in a lot scraped down to clean pavement while the sky is still black, in a stretch of concrete that looks like the storm passed it by. By the time light comes over the ridgeline, the day can just start.
