About Darn Good Lawn care

The ridge roads running west of Dickson toward Vanleer climb and drop away, and the yards along them do the same — a steep shoulder, a flat by the mailbox, a strip of shade under the hackberries. Darn Good Lawn care handles them the plain way: mow it, trim it, edge it, blow the clippings off the drive, go. By late May the air is already thick at nine in the morning and the grass is outrunning everybody, so the route holds tight and nothing slides a week. The pride is in the finish — no scalped humps on the rises, no missed corner behind the shed, no green dust left on the porch boards.
