About Landscapes by Tidwell

Dig much of anywhere in Dickson County and you strike limestone — it shoulders out of the pasture banks, shows white in the creek beds, and turns up as low stone edging around the old home places. Landscapes by Tidwell builds on that ground: lawns mowed and trimmed, beds shaped and mulched, borders cut in along the walks, the whole property kept in proportion through the growing months. When winter takes one of its rare hard turns, the same attention goes into plowing driveways, opening walkways and steps, and laying ice control down before daylight. A landscape looks right when it looks inevitable — as though the grass, the beds and the stone had simply agreed on something.
