Hard Rock Landscape

About Hard Rock Landscape

Where the county runs up against the Catoosa woods, October turns the ridgelines rust and gold and the wind starts carrying a warning in it. Hard Rock Landscape works both sides of that turn, mowing, edging and trimming while the grass still grows, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the ground goes hard. Shallow soil over sandstone drains fast and freezes faster, which shapes the summer schedule as much as the winter one. Autumn is the hinge, the last cleanups going out while the plow gear comes forward in the shop. Around Crossville the year does not so much change as trade tools.
