Southern cut stump grinding & Tree Service

About Southern cut stump grinding & Tree Service

Cross Plains keeps its ridgelines in hay and cedar, and the barns north toward the Kentucky line sit under trees that were big when the barns went up. Southern cut stump grinding & Tree Service takes those down when they've gone hollow, trims the ones with years left, and grinds the stumps out so a bush hog can run the line without lifting the deck. Cedar throws its scent when it's cut; an old hackberry just goes to punk and dust. On a still September evening you can hear the grinder from the next farm over, then nothing at all, and the fencerow looks like it was always that way. Robertson County ground, worked one yard and one field edge at a time.
