About Jolly Contracting

An ice storm on the West Tennessee flats is a quiet event — no wind to speak of, just a slow tick against the windows all night and a county glazed by morning. Jolly Contracting answers it with snow and ice work: plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways and entries, and spreading de-icer wherever the surface has turned to mirror. Past the edge of Covington the drives run long and gravel-topped out toward Gilt Edge and Burlison, and those are the ones that keep people home. Opening them is the difference between a lost day and an ordinary one. The area covered takes in Covington and the Tipton County roads around it.
