About Charles Stone Mechanical

Cookeville's winter trouble is rarely the snowfall itself — it is that hour near dusk when the melt stops moving and the whole town glazes over. Charles Stone Mechanical works against that hour: plowing drives and lots while the sun is still up, scraping off the packed track tires leave behind, and treating pavement before the temperature crosses back down. Hill streets and sloped driveways matter most, because a car that cannot climb one is a car that stays home. The measure of a pass done right shows up the next morning, when the concrete looks dull gray instead of shining and nobody has to think about it.
