About Tennessee Property Mgmt. LLC

The Duck River lays fog along its bends most mornings, and when it burns off over Columbia it uncovers a county full of lawns asking for attention. Tennessee Property Mgmt. LLC keeps both ends of the year — mowing, edging, trimming and seasonal cleanups through the long green Maury County summer, then plowing, shoveling and ice treatment when the cold takes its turn. A property out along Bear Creek Pike gets its stripes laid straight and its bed lines cut crisp, so the whole place reads as cared for from the road. Come January that same property gets its drive opened before the coffee has finished brewing. One crew, one town, twelve months: the grass and the snow are the same job viewed from opposite ends of the calendar. That continuity is the whole idea.
