Rocky-Top-Outdoors LLC handles winter up there — plowing drives and lanes, clearing walks and doorways, salting slopes and shaded curves where the ice will not let go. Elevation makes its own weather in Middle Tennessee; the rim can hold snow a full day after the basin has gone back to mud.
