About Tennessee Land Prep, LLC

White Oak Mountain runs along the east side of Collegedale like a long green wall, and the drives that climb toward it are steep, curved, and more often gravel than pavement. Tennessee Land Prep, LLC takes on exactly that winter ground — plowing and scraping ridge and country driveways, sanding the pitches where tires want to spin, opening turnarounds wide enough for a delivery truck to swing. A red-clay lane after a night of freezing rain asks for patience and the right blade angle, never speed. When the work is right the household above never thinks about it; they simply drive down and go about the day. Snow and ice clearing across Collegedale, Apison, and the ridge roads toward Cleveland.
