About Scenic City Stump Grinding, LLC

By seven on a July evening White Oak Mountain lays its shadow across Collegedale's back lots, and the day's heat finally lets go of the grass. That's a fine hour for the last stump of the day. Scenic City Stump Grinding takes trees down, trims what stays, then grinds the stub past its crown roots until a shovel goes in easy. The chips come back over the hole, the fence line runs unbroken again, and there's no ankle-catcher left to sprout suckers next spring. Half these yards were orchard and pasture not so long ago, and the old wood is still down there waiting to be dealt with.
