KNP Land Management

About KNP Land Management

Ice on open ground has a look all its own — a whole pasture turned pewter, fence wire beaded, every blade of last year's grass sheathed in glass. KNP Land Management handles what that kind of morning demands around Collegedale: plowing long drives and farm lanes, clearing lots and turnarounds, sanding and salting the grades, opening gates and walkways by hand. Rural properties freeze harder and thaw slower than anything in town, and the far end of a drive is the part that strands you. So the work goes all the way out to the road. A place that stays reachable in January is a place that keeps running.
