Rittenhouse Lawn and Landscape

About Rittenhouse Lawn and Landscape

Clifton township sits high on the northern lip of the Poconos, where the Lehigh gathers itself out of swamp and hemlock and the summers stay short and cool. Rittenhouse Lawn and Landscape keeps lawns through that thin bright stretch — mowing while the grass runs hard in June and July, trimming and edging where yard gives way to fern and stone, and clearing the yards when spring opens and when the leaves come down. At this elevation an even, green lawn is something you get out of a handful of good months. Evening drops off the plateau early and cool, and a finished yard holds that last light well. The work reaches Gouldsboro, Thornhurst, Moscow and Covington Township.
